Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ASPAN Inspect account and personal data at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open ASPAN Inspect and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
4. Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

What gets deleted

Your account and personal data are permanently removed: your name, email address, password, and profile photo. Your sign-in stops working immediately and your email address is freed so it can be used to register again in the future.

What is kept

Completed inspections are business records of ASPAN Energy. Where you signed an inspection, generated a report, or created a task that must be retained, that record is kept for business and compliance reasons — but it is anonymized so it no longer contains or links to your personal identity. No personal data about you remains.

If you can't access the app to delete your account, email nurasyl7892005@gmail.com from your account's email address and we will process the deletion for you.
