Frequently asked questions

How do I get an account?

ASPAN Inspect accounts are created and approved by an ASPAN Energy administrator. You can register in the app, but your account stays pending until an administrator approves it. If you're waiting on approval, contact your administrator or email us above.

I forgot or want to change my password.

Open the app, go to Profile, and use Change password. If you can't sign in at all, email support and we'll help you recover access.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account, confirm with your password, and your account and personal data are permanently removed. See Delete your account for full details.

The app won't sync or submit an inspection.

ASPAN Inspect works offline and syncs when you're back online. Make sure you have a connection, then reopen the inspection — it will finish uploading. If a submission stays blocked, check that every required (red) field and the signature are complete. Still stuck? Email support with your device model and what you were doing.
